Content Creation Services That Bring In Leads

    Overview

    • We write the pages that sell for you: service pages, location pages, blog posts and FAQs.
    • Every piece starts with what your buyers actually search for, not a content calendar someone needs to fill.
    • We structure each page so Google can rank it and AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it.
    • Content creation starts at $100. Every service is on our pricing page.

Most small business blogs are full of posts nobody asked for. A “5 Tips for Spring” post goes up, gets a handful of visits, and the owner decides content doesn’t work. The content wasn’t the problem. The topic was. People don’t search for tips. They search for what a job costs, how long it takes, and who does it near them. Write the page that answers that, and it brings in calls for years.

    What we write

Service pages. One page for each service you sell, written in the words your customers use. These pages do more work than any blog post, and on most sites they’re the thinnest pages there.

Location pages. One page for each city you serve, built around what’s different about that market. Swapping the town name on a copied page doesn’t count, and Google knows it.

Blog posts and guides. Answers to the questions buyers ask before they pick up the phone. Cost questions come first, because people ask them most and most of your competitors won’t answer them.

FAQ sections. Short, direct answers that Google and AI tools can lift as written.

Landing pages. Pages built for one ad campaign and one action. More on how we build those in our landing page design guide.

    How a page gets made

    1. Research. We look at what people search for, what ranks now and what the top results leave out. If you have Search Console, we start with your own data.
    2. One page, one job. Before we write, we check your site for pages that already target the same search. Two pages chasing one keyword split the results, so we fix or merge before we add.
    3. Writing. We ask for the facts only you have: your prices, your timelines, the jobs you want more of. When a fact is missing, we ask. We don’t make one up.
    4. On-page work. Title tag, meta description, headings, schema where it fits, and links to related pages that actually exist on your site.
    5. Review and publish. You approve every piece. We can post it to WordPress for you or hand it over ready to paste.

Written for Google and for AI answers

More of your buyers now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity before they ever open Google. Those tools quote pages that give a clear answer early, use plain headings and include real numbers. Pages built the old way, with 400 words of throat-clearing before the point, don’t get cited.

So every page we write puts the answer up front, then backs it up. We cover the details in how to structure content for LLMs. We also check the trust signals Google looks for using our E-E-A-T checklist. To see whether AI tools mention you today, try our free AI citation tracker for Chrome.

    Where AI fits

We use AI for research and first drafts. We built our own content workflow on Claude and wrote up how it works. A person who knows your business edits every piece before it goes live. Nothing ships with made-up stats, fake reviews or case studies that didn’t happen.

    Who this is for

Local service businesses that live on phone calls: HVAC, contractors, junk removal, pest control and the like. For trade-specific examples, see SEO for HVAC companies and SEO for contractors.

Law firms and professional services firms, where trust decides who gets the call and thin content loses to firms that show their expertise.

B2B companies that need organic search to become a steady lead source instead of relying on referrals and ads.

We’re not the right fit if you want 30 posts a month for $200. That content exists, and it doesn’t rank.

    What it costs

Content creation starts at $100. If you’re on one of our SEO plans, which start at $350 a month, we offer package rates. The full list is on our pricing page.

    Content creation FAQs

How many blog posts do I need each month?
Fewer than you’d think. Most local businesses should fix their service and location pages before they start a blog. A few strong pages beat a pile of weak ones.

    Will it sound like us?
Yes. We work from your existing pages, emails and a short call, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Can you improve the pages I already have?
Yes, and it’s often the faster win. A page that already ranks on page two usually moves sooner than a new page starting from zero.

    How long until content ranks?
Usually three to six months before you see meaningful movement, and longer in competitive markets. Pages that target your own city tend to move faster than broad topics. If you want local visibility sooner, pair content with your Google Business Profile.
