Why we exist (and why that matters to you)

Most fractional CMOs come from one of two backgrounds: they climbed the corporate ladder at big brands, or they ran an agency and rebranded themselves. Neither background prepares you for what growing companies actually need.

I built Foxtown after spending years in the trenches with professional services firms, mostly law firms doing $2M-20M in revenue. That’s the zone where marketing gets complicated fast. You’re past the “throw money at Google Ads and hope” phase, but you’re not big enough to justify a full marketing department with a $200K CMO.

Before Foxtown, I was an angel investor. I watched dozens of companies burn through cash on marketing that looked impressive but didn’t move the needle. I also ran my own agency for years before pivoting to fractional CMO work. We’ll help get you up to speed if you have “non-technical” team members.
