Most marketing companies make you book a call before they’ll talk money. Here are our starting prices up front, so you can tell in a minute whether we fit your budget.
Starting prices
| Service | Starts at | Good fit for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile and local SEO | $350/month | Service businesses that live on calls from the map pack |
| SEO | $350/month | Businesses that want organic search to become a steady lead source |
| Google Ads management | $250/month plus ad spend | Businesses that need leads this month, not next year |
| Website design | $300 one time | Sites that look dated or don’t produce calls |
| AI Visibility Sprint | $2,500 flat | Getting named in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers |

What “starts at” means
The starting price is the floor, not a teaser. Where you land above it depends on how many locations you have, how competitive your market is and how much work your site needs. After a first call, we’ll tell you which tier fits and what it costs each month.
Your Google Ads budget is separate from our fee. You pay Google for the clicks, and you pay us to run the account. In Vero Beach, we’ve seen local businesses get real traction on $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend. Our guide to Vero Beach advertising covers how to set that budget.
Contracts
SEO, Google Ads management and websites have no long-term contract. If the work isn’t paying for itself, you can stop.
Fractional CMO engagements are different. They start with a three-month commitment, then go month to month with 30 days’ notice. Full-scope fractional CMO work across several channels typically runs $5,000 to $10,000 a month, and we cap the firm at ten fractional CMO clients at a time. How we work lays out the first 90 days.
How to Compare Agency Quotes
Line up every proposal on the same terms: total monthly cost (including ad spend, software and setup fees spread over the first year), the specific monthly deliverables, who does the work, contract length and exit terms, and how they’ll measure success in calls, leads or revenue.
Watch for these red flags:
- A 12-month contract with no performance exit.
- The agency owns your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, analytics or domain. Those should be in your name.
- “Ongoing optimization” with no list of what gets done each month.
- Reports full of impressions and rankings with no tie to calls or sales.
- Ad spend billed through the agency with a markup they don’t list.
- Guaranteed rankings. Nobody can promise a Google position.
Ask each agency for two current clients you can call. A good one says yes quickly. And get year-two pricing in writing, since some agencies raise fees as your ad spend grows even when the work doesn’t change.
Where to start
If most of your calls come from Google Maps, start with local SEO. If you need calls this month, start with Google Ads. If your website is old or doesn’t turn visitors into calls, fix that first, because both channels send people there.
