A quick note from us
Most marketing agencies have a “giving back” page somewhere on their site. It usually lives three clicks deep, mentions a generic foundation, and feels like it was written by a committee trying to check a box.
We wanted to do something different.
Foxtown Marketing donates 10% of our profits to Egg Posse. Not revenue. Not “a portion of proceeds.” Actual profit. Every month. Every client. No asterisks.
Here’s why.
What Egg Posse actually does
Egg Posse is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based right here in our backyard. The mission is about as clear as it gets: make sure nobody goes hungry. The method is unexpected and honestly a little brilliant: eggs.
Eggs are one of the most affordable, nutrient-dense, shelf-stable sources of protein on the planet. For a family stretching a food budget, a dozen eggs can mean breakfast for a week. For a senior on a fixed income, it can mean not having to choose between food and a prescription. For a kid whose parents are working three jobs and still coming up short, it can mean showing up to school ready to learn.
Egg Posse operates on three simple lanes:
- Cash donations get turned directly into eggs, which get distributed to people in need.
- Egg donations from people with backyard chickens (there are a lot of them in Florida) go to families who can use them instead of going to waste.
- Requests for eggs from anyone facing food insecurity are handled privately, with no questions asked and no embarrassment required.
That last part matters. A lot of food assistance programs require paperwork, income verification, and the kind of public-facing process that keeps a lot of proud people from ever asking. Egg Posse is quiet about it on purpose.
Why we picked this nonprofit (and not a bigger one)
There are thousands of charities we could have chosen. We picked Egg Posse for three reasons.
It’s local. We’re based in Vero Beach, and Egg Posse serves our community directly. When we write a check, we can see where it goes. That matters to us.
It’s efficient. Egg Posse doesn’t have a massive overhead structure, a CEO pulling a corporate salary, or a marketing budget that eats up half the donations. Every dollar goes to buying and distributing eggs. That’s the kind of lean operation we respect.
It’s solving a real problem in a smart way. Food insecurity is one of those issues that can feel too big to do anything about. Egg Posse took the problem, narrowed it to a specific and practical solution, and just started doing it. That’s the same philosophy we bring to how we approach marketing strategy. Pick the right lever. Pull it. Don’t overcomplicate it.
How this works for our clients
Nothing changes for you. Pricing stays the same. Service stays the same. Our team’s focus on your results stays the same.
The only difference is that a portion of what you pay us, once we’ve covered our own expenses, goes to feeding people in our community. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to opt in. You don’t have to think about it.
If you’re a client reading this: thank you. You’re part of this whether you realized it or not. Whether you hired us for fractional CMO services, a part-time chief marketing officer engagement, or help with fractional marketing services, your investment in Foxtown is also an investment in Egg Posse.
If you want to help too
You don’t have to be a Foxtown client to pitch in. Egg Posse is open to anyone who wants to participate:
- Donate cash at eggposse.com. Any amount helps. A small donation buys a dozen eggs. A bigger one buys a lot more.
- Donate eggs. If you keep backyard chickens and your hens are outproducing your family, those extra eggs can feed a neighbor instead of sitting in the fridge.
- Volunteer. There’s always more work than hands, and Egg Posse is always looking for help.
- Request eggs. If you or someone you know needs help putting food on the table, the process is simple and private. Nobody gets turned away, and nobody gets judged.
Final thoughts on Egg Posse
We run a marketing company. We spend our days helping businesses get more visibility, more leads, and more revenue. That’s the work, and we love it.
But none of it means much if we’re not using some of what we earn to make the place we live a little better. Egg Posse is how we do that. It’s small, it’s specific, and it’s real.
If you want to learn more about Foxtown, book a strategy call. If you want to support Egg Posse directly, donate here. Either way, we appreciate you reading this far.
