Here’s the Path In
TL;DR
- Foxtown Marketing is hiring ten remote 1099 associates to anchor our Claude practice.
- The qualifying step is real work, not a resume: enroll in Anthropic Academy, complete the Claude Partner Network (CPN) learning path, and send us proof.
- First ten qualified completions get interviews. We move fast and value speed over perfection. Someone who builds something that’s 80-90% there in a few days will have an advantage over someone who takes three weeks to make everything seamless.
- Why this matters: Foxtown’s application to the Claude Partner Network has cleared initial review, and we’re building the bench now.
What happened
A few days ago we got the email every applicant to the Claude Partner Network is waiting on. Ours cleared initial review. We’re approved to move forward on the path to partnership.
The next milestone Anthropic has asked us to hit is specific and measurable: get ten team members through Anthropic Academy and the CPN learning path. Once that’s done, they open up the Claude Certified Architect Foundations (CCAF) technical certification for our organization, and we keep moving.
We have a few employees who are in the process of finishing the certification process already. We’re looking to build a deep bench, and we’re going to pay the people who help us get there fast.
What we’re hiring for
We’re hiring ten remote 1099 associate roles. These are the people who will anchor client work on the Claude side of Foxtown Marketing, so we’re looking for the kind of person you’d actually put in front of a client: delivery leads, solutions people, marketers who can think in systems, developers who are comfortable with AI-native tools.
You do not need to be a Claude expert today. You need to be someone who can learn fast, finish what they start, and apply the learning to real client problems.
Work is remote. Pay is per engagement, with a path to larger retainers and ongoing work as we grow the practice.
The qualifying steps
Three steps, in this order:
- Enroll in Anthropic Academy.
- Complete the full CPN learning path.
- Send us proof of completion (certificate, screenshots, and a demo of your project in whatever format you prefer).
The first ten people who send verified proof and show us ONE simple thing they have built with Claude will be interviewed. The response to this job posting was massive, so we are looking for those who can execute fast and use what they’ve learned in the real world.
What should you build? That’s up to you. We’re looking for a combination of creativity and execution. You could build a simple web application, a workflow, a Chrome extension, or whatever else interests you. It doesn’t need to be related to our work as a digital marketing agency, so go ahead and get a little crazy.
Bonus: If you build something (LinkedIn scraper, sales outreach agent, etc.) that will help us find more clients, that is immediately valuable and will be taken into consideration. However, we still value creativity over a specific tool at this stage, so don’t let this bonus limit your thinking.
That’s the whole filter. We don’t need your resume, your Calendly, or a cover letter explaining why you’re passionate about AI. We need to see that you can commit to a concrete thing and finish it, because that’s what client work actually looks like.
Why we’re doing it this way
Because the CPN learning path is the exact skill set we need on the team anyway, and running people through a separate interview process to assess the same thing is wasted effort on both sides.
It also tells us something a conversation can’t: who actually does the work when nobody’s watching. That matters more to us than any credential.
What happens after the ten slots fill
We’ll keep a second list. Anthropic’s partner program is tiered, and the requirements above CCAF will grow. If you complete the path after the first ten people are hired, we’ll hold your proof and reach out as the next tier opens up.
We’re also not done building out Foxtown’s practice. Fractional CMO, legal marketing, local and B2B growth work, and now an AI-native delivery arm. There’s room for more than ten people.
A note on Anthropic’s program
To be clear: we’re an applicant to the Claude Partner Network that has cleared initial review. The full program tiering and what each level unlocks gets shared alongside the partner portal launch, and we’ll update this post when we have more to say publicly.

While many dream of being digital nomads, Ethan proudly calls himself a “digital slow-mad,” taking his time as he explores the world one country (and coffee shop) at a time, currently based in Lisbon. When he needs to recharge, you’ll find him nose-deep in a fantasy novel, chasing mountain trails with his camera, hunting for local art scenes, or experimenting with new animation techniques just for the fun of it.
Ethan lives by the belief that creativity isn’t just a job. It’s a way of life, and every adventure feeds the next project.
